Online shopping

Ever since I discovered net-a-porter I started shopping online much, much more, to the point that I go to a store if I absolutely have to – since I moved to Canada, however, I love going to Holt Renfrew, but back to the online shopping topic.

Because of trial and error and more trial along the way I have now quite a few favourite brands that don’t change their pattern that often, which means things will fit exactly right. Also, I have my favourite stores and I have them split by category.

For “now”, what is new, fresh off the runaway I love net-a-porter, matchesfashion, mytheresa, forward, farfetch, stylebop and ssense.

For “the one that got away”, or just to browse and see what’s new online from previous seasons, I love theoutnet and yoox. Yoox is the absolute best when it comes to finding old pieces we didn’t buy and now regret (nothing hunts us like the things we didn’t buy, right?).

Of course I am among those that love TopshopZara, Asos and Zalando as well, I love mixing high and low and I actually go to one of these for some trendier pieces I might want to try but I am not yet ready to spend a fortune on – think feather shoes, bright pink blazer or a crazy pattern pair of pants or a more difficult cut that doesn’t go with everything.

These are my absolute favorite to date and the best for me. I am sure there are other websites out there with bigger discounts and wider range of stock, from pre-loved items to last piece in stock to maybe 80% discount, if not more. I don’t know any other than the above yet so you know.. Sharing is caring.

Happy Shopping!
